Entrevista
I studied and have went to school for border services, so I found the interview quite easy. The first step is a Object Recognition test, where they post 20 x-ray photos of baggage on a projection screen for 20 seconds each and you have to pick out if there is a gun, a grenade, a knife or nothing in each picture using a multiple choice sheet. They have a quick presentation before you start to show you exactly what to look for.
The second part is simply an aptitude test. Most questions are spelling and grammar. There is some math, and some pattern recognition.
You must have 80% score or higher on each part to continue through the process. At the end you have a short 5-10 minute interview
If you successfully pass all parts, they invite you to your second interview later that week.

Quite easy. Questions on customer service and about yourself. Undergo just one interview. And had to do a part down. Nothing difficult. You are being shown first then you do it
Fast, efficient. Write 2 exams once your application is accepted then an interview and after that was called and offered the job. The whole process was pretty easy, though the day of the exams and interview it was pretty long.
Interview was quite easy, there were mostly general questions asking about myself and my availability. There were some situational based questions like what would you do if you encounter an angry passenger, what would you do if someone refuses to get his/her luggage scanned.
