I recently went through this company interview process and found it to be highly inefficient and disrespectful of my time. The first step was a technical assessment, which felt like doing homework for free. After investing significant time and effort, I received a rejection without any meaningful feedback. This experience was a total waste of my time.

Entrevista
The first phase involves HR and is a preliminary situational type of interview where I was asked about my projects, how would I handle stress, and how I work. Afterwards, a technical interview. Once I passed the two interviews, the final interviews were more of a getting to know each other and a formality. It took me several weeks but in the end it was all worth it as I was accepted.

Entrevista
HR screening first. Then take home exam. Then Techinical Interview reviewing your take home exam. Personality Interview on the same day as Technical Interview. Final interview with the IT Manager and Engineering Director.
Everything went smooth. The HR(Chips) assigned is very supportive and updates you for any progress of your application.
Interviewers were also fun to talk to and you will not feel any pressure from them.
