They asked customer service questions and interpersonal skill questions. they asked a lot of questions about what you'd do in different situations where it would either require to help other employees or report employees to management. Overall it was an easy interview just a quiz on basic competence. Nothing to lose sleep over.
Great experience with the interviewer. Loved the process and the people I interacted with. Very kind people who were fair and understanding. The process was very easy and straightforward. Would definitely recommend
While it took awhile to get an interview, the process was easy once it was started. I was asked a few questions about my experience and even though I did not have much, I was able to get a position.

Zoom call with various questions and an overview of my resume and general questions about my resume and experience, followed by an in-call offer and orientation details. The entire call lasted about thirty minutes and was very simple.
