Interview process was simple. Gap managers really value a person's authenticity and a personal sense of style that relates to their brand. Their understanding is that you can't promote somebody else's brand until you have a good grasp of your own.

In my recent interview with The Gap, I found the experience insightful and engaging. The interviewers were attentive and asked thought-provoking questions, allowing for a thorough exploration of my qualifications and fit for the role. The company’s emphasis on teamwork and innovation resonated well with my career aspirations. Overall, it was a positive and promising encounter that reinforced my interest in joining The Gap’s dynamic team.
Apply online and they call you for interview. The phone interview was simple and fast. Nothing too much or complicated. They were prompt in answering me and setting up a time to go throught the process.

It was pretty straightforward. I applied online and was called in for an interview. I interviewed outside the store with the manager. She asked a couple of questions about my skills and experience and discussed the role with me.
