I applied online and got called two weeks later for an interview. It was a group interview we were like 13 people getting interviewed at the same time. We did some ice breaker challenges and got to know gap as the environment. Only 5 of us got the job and started working
P.s the job interview was english but you had to speak french to answer the questions
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
