The general manager and her assistant managers lead a group of us . The atmosphere was fun and casual and they quickly put us all at ease. They each told us a little bit about themselves and how long they worked for Gap. That part seemed a little cultish ...their enthusiasm seemed rather forced. But overall the interview had a spirit of comraderie.
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
