The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening, a technical test, and an interview with the leads. Although the team expressed great interest in my profile and promised to get back to me, I was ghosted after the final interview. I had to follow up myself to eventually receive a rejection notice. The lack of proactive communication was disappointing given the effort invested in the process.
