Paul was very responsive after I called in. We set up an interview for the next day. Polite, casual, authentic. They gave me space to see the culture of the office, and what the work would look like on a day-to-day basis and I was able to shadow another newish girl who had been doing pretty well. I was able to get all my questions answered using genuine and frank language. I did end up getting an offer and so far things are going great. I felt I had a good understanding of the position before I accepted the offer and even the chance to ramp up my knowledge in the appropriate areas before I started my first day because of the shadowing.

just came in and talked to the guy. Mentioned my felony and he kind of just swept to the side. They had me there. After struggling for a year to get back into it it was really refreshing
