Interviews at Gamestop are practically non-existant. Hiring tends to happen when regulars want a job and the team leaders of that store enjoy them. When forced to hire outside of that realm its the basic questions of availablity and values or working.

Standard questions given by the managers and assistant manager. Questions involving teamwork, managing time, and organization. Also, work history and education. Experience with last and current game consoles is a must. Relaxed environment while appearing business casual. No need to do an online application.
Applied online and then got a call to schedule interview. She asked me about what games I like, consoles I have, etc...Then she went over how strict the job is alongside the pay rate and I, for some reason, still said I wanted to work there.
