During the face to face interview, you will have a chat with the manager where they will ask you some questions, and after, I got a call a week after with an offer. They will be very focused to see if you can sell.

Standard questions given by the managers and assistant manager. Questions involving teamwork, managing time, and organization. Also, work history and education. Experience with last and current game consoles is a must. Relaxed environment while appearing business casual. No need to do an online application.
Applied online and then got a call to schedule interview. She asked me about what games I like, consoles I have, etc...Then she went over how strict the job is alongside the pay rate and I, for some reason, still said I wanted to work there.
