Lauren is an awesome, hands-on recruiter who helped guide me through the GameChanger interview process and made sure I was set up for success before each round. There were four rounds total. Recruiter screen. Hiring Manager interview. Portfolio review with two designers. Then final round interviews including an app review with another designer.

Even though they're a small company you can tell its just another faceless corporation. Pros and cons talking to the team. Some of the panel were an absolute joy to talk to. Standard 3-step design interview process.
