Three interviews over three months - the job was advertised as remote but during the final interview I was told I needed to be willing to relocate if I wanted the job (the other candidate was willing). Always friendly and conversational - very much focused on future projects and how I would fit in. We talked about travel expectations, the responsibilities of the role, etc.
