I applied through a recruiter. The interview process was ok. Had a phone conversation with the hiring manager, and met in person at the Glendale office. The panel consisted of a panel of three people. The experience was mixed, and while the hiring manager was great, attentive, and focused in communicating with me his concerns, there were awkward moments caused by other panel members that made the interview to sing like a grasshopper. When leaving the office, I took notice of other people, and at the time, it wasn't very alive.
