The online talent assessment interview was very long. For the first set of questions, you get 50 seconds to pick an answer for each question. The question was a scene and the answers were five different possible responses to the scene (e.g., when in a group, I would... ...) There were many questions about the extent you were willing to be the very, very best and, like others said in their review, quite a number of questions about type of salary you were comfortable with receiving. For the second set, the questions were similar to what was asked before, but this time, they asked you to rate the statement from 1 to 5. You get 20 seconds per question. The last set of questions was again 20 seconds and you are once again asked similar questions, true/false style. (e.g., would you rather A or B) It's like a long psychological interview with a number of redundant questions phrased slightly differently (e.g., I need to be the best vs. I need to be at my personal best) to ensure that they really pin you down EXACTLY. After you pick an answer from round 1, they drill down in round two to figure out intensity and finally they nail the score with round 3. Good luck people!
