Went through two phone interviews, one lasting for 20-30 mins., and second went for 45-60 mins. Both interviews focused on behavioral questions. The responses for the first interview were expected to be short & concise while the responses for the second one were expected to be in more detail and be supported by a previous experience that supports the situation.
