Initially upon filling out the online application I filled out an online assessment. Then there was a brief phone interview consisting of several questions regarding my previous experiences. Finally, I went in for a group interview where we filled out a questionaire about ourselves, read the answers to the group, read from a sample interview, and asked questions. Overall it was a pretty easy process.
It was a group interview. First we went over expectations and examples, then we went around the table and did practice readings. We finished with a tour of the call center.
Easy group interview process. Got hired after a group interview. Had to read in front of a group to make sure you can clearly speak English. The process was easy.
Interviewer was courteous, friendly and professional, everything was explained upfront. Kind and respectful, all in all a great process. I was very impressed with the interviewing process as a whole. Would happily recommend.
