They called the day after the received my resume to schedule the interview. They wanted to schedule the interview for the next day, but I scheduled it for a week later to prepare. It was a "structured interview" over the phone, which means they ask candidates the same questions in the same order, and the interviewer does not comment or ask you to elaborate. Sample questions: Can you tell me about a time when your efforts produced an increase in profits or membership? Are you a forthright person--please give an example. Are you good with numbers--please give an example. My recommendation to other interview candidates: Prepare as you would for a normal interview--know your strengths inside and out, and have good stories to back them up. Also, I did not get an offer and I think it was partly because I did not give the "right" answer on some questions. So you may want to decide whether you are willing to not be 100% yourself just to get invited to a 2nd interview.
