Applied online and took personality test. They contacted me by e-mail a few days later (maybe 5?) and asked for a phone interview. I took the phone interview a week later. They asked very random questions and they could not elaborate on any of them (or clarify them). They contacted me 4 days later and said they couldn't offer me the position.
