I applied online and received a call a few days later to set up a phone interview. The phone interview questions were very similar to the online assessment questions of the online application. A lot of the questions revolved around team work, competition, optimism, stress, etc. Most of the questions required only a Yes or No type of answer. Questions also included hypothetical scenarios such as how would you work with a cynical person? or questions like, do you consider yourself an over-achiever or an under-achiever? How important is it for you to be friends with you colleagues? Finally, there were questions about salary preference. The interviewer was very calm and pleasant although indeed as many said it felt like the whole phone conversation had a robotic feel. However, from the onset she explained the interview format and told me she would be reading of a list of questions to which I was free to answer given my own interpretation. You are allowed to ask her to repeat the question, but she can't help with clarifying what is meant by the question.

Simple phone screen with recruiter. Then second call with a business development lead. Stressed the importance of pre interview personality test. If you don’t score high on it most likely won’t request an interview.
