I interviewed once in the law school's CDO and then a second time before a panel of 6 attorneys or so. The first interview was very informal but the second was like I was in a spot light trying to manage 6 different personalities.

It was a single interview where multiple partners were engaged throughout the interview. The partners took turns asking questions about my work experience and discussed the specific practice groups I was expected to work under.
