Initial phone screening interview with HR, first round interview with the hiring manager was formal and was given a good overview of the role and business, the hiring manager was quite transparent and mentioned they are looking to fill the role asap due to resource and advised the second round interview would be more informal.
However unfortunately the second interview wasn’t very informal and I felt I was being questioned on an area which I openly mentioned during the phone screening and first round interview - that I haven't got much commercial experience. This area was more of a nice to have/desired skill and wasn’t highlighted within the role and responsibility otherwise I most likely wouldn’t have applied for the position. To make matters worst it does state during the application that candidates are welcome to apply for a role even if they don’t meet all the requirements.
Overall I didn’t have the best experience and I felt slightly uncomfortable at times.
