I had 2 interviews at this company. It appeared to be a small subsidiary of a larger company which had a lot of promise. The interviews were short and rushed. The first interview was with the hiring manager which kept her word by getting back to me after the interview. The 2nd interview was first with the hiring manager and then with her boss. The 2nd interviewer was not to inviting and again the interview process was rushed. I was told that I would receive a response by the end of that week to no avail. 2 weeks later, I sent a follow up email and received no response and no regret letter. Very unprofessional.

Competency test online followed by in person interview, it was an easy test and interview was running quite late but was ok. Felt formal but casual at the same time, would have liked to have been on time
Recruiter only 15 min, 1 panel interview, 45 min, received offer next day, very casual- no STAR method questions. Hiring managers were very personable, and I didn't feel awkward at all. Conversations flowed.

Condescending to even qualified candidates. Questioned the authenticity of my experience and gave no opportunity to follow up with proof or go into any further detail. Clearly didn't want to hire, I assume they were doing interviews out of obligation before moving someone internally.
