      Feb 19 - Applied online. Mar 12 - Email from Talent Acquisition to schedule phone screening. Scheduled for Mar 15. Mar 15 - Phone screen with a recruiter (different person). Conversation went over, closer to an hour. She asked a few thoughtful questions which seemed genuine and to get to know me. Supposedly took copious notes for the HM and intended to move me forward quickly. Mar 18 - Email from Talent Acquisition to schedule the next 30-minute Teams meeting with HM on Mar 20. Confirmed this appointment and also had a few questions which she was willing to hop on the phone to chat later the same day. Mar 20 - HM emailed to push back the meeting to later the same day. She covered the general overview of the team structure. Everything/everyone seems to have joined Galderma very recently. Reviewed my experience/interest, one or two general situational questions. I didn't get the sense that she read any of the recruiter's notes, but nevertheless, it seemed to be a good conversation which went to overtime as well. She provided next steps in terms of timeline and structure. About one week to make a decision on the short-list for live panel-interviews (HM + a sales manager or director). Offers due out late April. Start in June. Mar 29 - Sent email to Talent Acquisition to follow-up. No reply the entire week. Apr 2 - Sent email to HM to follow-up. No reply the entire week. After talking with 3 different people at a company, a candidate should not be ghosted. This is a poor reflection on Galderma.

      Met with hiring manager, moved to compensation and told next step would be to meet the hiring director. After speaking with compensation, they ghost you. Very unprofessional company. At least have the decency to let candidates know if they are no longer being considered.
