Phone interview with VP of Marketing, followed up by Face to face with him & person currently in position. They were extremely concerned about my time, and drove down to a coffee shop near my office so it was convenient for me. They were exceptionally nice, bright people and I thoroughly enjoyed making new contacts and learning more about Gainsight and customer success in general. Great experience even though they ultimately made an offer to a different person.
