I was hired as a contractor through a recruiting agent. I had an interview on site a few days later and was hired on the spot. I became permanent after six months. First few months were difficult as most contractors were fired after six months. I was the third contractor working on my first project. The previous two were fired, so stress was high and almost left after my firs month.
