I applied online for the position of Embedded Software Engineer in Thessaloniki office. Did a total of two Skype interviews, one was technical and the other was a general discussion with some personality tests. Both interviewers were very friendly and professional. Apart from the interview topics themselves, they also explained the history and vision of the company, current and future prospects, and presented a good picture of what the job looks like. I think this is a good company to work for, for the following reasons: - Opportunity to work in the fields of IoT and industrial metering and acquire technical skills that are currently very sought after in the market. - Good prospects for personal growth within the company, the office in Thessaloniki is relatively new and its primary focus will be in RnD. - Exposure to international work environment. Collaboration with engineers across Europe. - Culture looks great. The people I spoke to were very nice, both employees and management. - Flexible working hours.
