The interview process was proper where the company and role information is being communicated. Then several questions regarding project management activity were asked. Experience with project execution is being request and presented to the interviewer.

A few rounds of interviews. First with direct Manager. Followed by cross functional team. Positive mindset, willing to learn and help drive continuous improvement. Experience in the related area will be a plus.
