Interview was easy. Applied for the position and got a respond from recruiter pretty quickly. I had a recorded video to answer a question, recruiter interview then the hiring manager. I got an offer the next day.
The interview process was pretty typical and I had good interactions with everyone that I spoke to, whether it was on the phone or an in person interview though it has been a few years since I did it
Everyone was well prepared, and it was a great opportunity to meet many people on the team. I went through several rounds of interviews with different small groups of interviewees.

I was asked about specific policy issues and about how I would respond in different work situations.
Initial call with HR with motivations for positions, reasons for wanting to join GSK with some detail on role and benefits. Fast turnaround with subsequent call the next week for first round with the team.
