Long applied in december made up of initial application then a sjt assesment then an online interview (recorded). Heard back in may. Sjt fairly straightforward . the online recorded interview had role specific questions and 3 recorded questions.

The interview process was 2 online assessments then an in person assessment centre at their site. The assessment lasted around 3/4 hours with around 4 different tasks that have to be completed.
