Recruiter call first then 2 panel interview with presentation. Very few questions, panelists did not have the energy level that matched my preparation level. This is when you feel that they already have someone for the role but decide to waste your time. Very dissapointing

Tell us about yourself, tell us about a time you made a mistake, a time you addressed a knowledge gap
Phone and initial manager interview. They highlighted that GSK prefers to hire internally so hard to enter into company. Don’t hire for many product managers.. not much turnover. Questions were general about personal experiences and a case scenario for how to handle a situation.
