I have applied several times for this role with this company. My first interview was with the hiring manager went well. Next the recruiter call to go over location preference, salary and HR follow-up questions. Then complete radio silence. The second time I applied for the same position phone screen with HR stating you are moving to the second stage to speak with the hiring manager. I never receive a call for the second round interview complete radio silence. The third time I applied the same scenario. So I did research of the people in the roles of the hiring managers not that much experience in the reimbursement market access space. That speaks volume to why some candidates do not get a chance to the second round of interviews.

The Interview was 1.5 hours, followed up by another ad-hoc phone call that lasted 45 minutes, asking me specifics of my current job. They were fishing for competitive intel to see if what they were doing was aligned to other companies in the market. The recruiter was really slimy. Worst HR process ever!

They asked me for my current salary and proof about my bonus, before they were willing to put an offer in writing to me. They also asked for proof about my RSU’s. All of this was illegal. When I pushed back, the recruiter said that they would not offer me a bonus, without this information.
