While the corporate interviews were ok.. at the final round person at the plant, a senior HR person did not clearly know what he was expecting of a candidate.. he was everywhere.. having done many interviews my self for HR function and for other functions and with 12+ years of experience I wish I had experienced a better level of discussion around logic and future of the company with the expected value proposition from the incumbent than an appearingly a waste of time.
