Applied online with a motivational question section followed by an online video interview. The online video interview was unsettling in my experience as a question appeared on the screen you had about 30 seconds to read it and prepare before you had 1 minute to answer the question and the video was cut and the next question appeared. I felt some of the questions were repeated.
