I applied online and then had initial online questions where I was asked situational questions and for a CV. I then got through to the video interview stage after about a month or longer. Here I had to record myself answering questions. The question popped and I had a minute to prepare for it. I then had to answer each questions and had 3 minutes to do so. There were 7 questions overall.
