Each question had two or three mins for you to answer each one, and there were around 4 or 5 questions. Time was given for each question to plan a response before the recording began, and you could re-record each question up to three times.

Primo assessment online, dopo una ventina di giorni sono stato contattato dal recruiter e successivamente dopo una settimana colloquio con i Lead delle rispettive aree terapeutiche. Dopo una decina di giorni ho ricevuto l'esito finale della selezione.

Relatively casual virtual interview. Both interviewers were friendly. Was a strength-based interview; interviewers wanted to know more about how you would act in certain situations, instead of what you have written in your resume. Would be good to give examples if possible.
