The questions weren't hard, they were curious more about my mindset and the way I'm thinking. They called me back the next day, that they would like to offer me a position.

Informal talk with 3 increasingly senior software engineer guys and a young hr lady, followed by some C++ questions. I got a piece of paper with some textbook C++ code implementing some container classes, and I had to explain what it does, why is it implemented that way, if it is possible to implement in a better way from a "SOLID principles" point of view, etc.
