Waste of time. I had to complete a power point presentation just to make $15 hour in NYC. Per submissions you get an extra bonus of like $50. On target submissions were like 2/week. High turnover.

Long. Lots of interviews. Talked with multiple different people about the role. Multiple phone screens, then a presentation then an on-site interview . It was not very difficult but it was very long/ thorough.

Asked a lot of hypothetical q’s about me/ what I thought about things. Literally one was “if you had a friend who started this job with you and then quit, how would you handle that situation/ would you still be friends with them?”

3-round process, first with a hiring manager, then a peer, then an onsite with 3 team members and the head of the team. Most of the round included walking through resume, motivators, your understanding of the company and some behavioral-based questions
