I had three interviews. Two real interviews, then one final chat with the person whose role I would be taking over. After having made time for three lengthy interviews and despite sending two follow up emails I never heard from them again. Really unprofessional. Couldn't even take two minutes to send a 'thank you for your time but we filled the role' email.
