Very down to earth interview. Felt more like a genuine conversation as opposed to an interview, was only asked a few technical questions as this is an entry level position. The interview process was around 15-20 minutes total.

I only did the first phone screening interview. Very positive, friendly, and easy. The Interview was more character based. Elaborated on training on shifts availability. It’s been a day after now. Waiting for response to next interview invite. I will update and share experience later.

Very organized, professional, and extremely easy to work with. All parties involved during the interview process sought to be helpful and clear about their expectations while remaining respectful of my time and efforts. I had a preliminary interview with a corporate recruiter then a secondary interview with HR and Training Manager. All parties made me very comfortable but also made sure I did my research on the company and position prior to accepting the role. The company has a grassroots feel and approach to their business and how they interview.
