My first interview was a phone screen that ran about 30 minutes. It was more focused on what I knew about the company, how my oral skills were, and how I could voice what the Gerson Lehrman Group did. The second round consisted of 2 30 minute phone interviews. This was focused on my skills, previous experiences, and again my ability to articulate what GLG does and to articulate clearly in general.

Fair and simple. Didn’t take long and didn’t have to wait a long time. Had 2 interviews and one assessment. The assessment was ok, a couple of questions and you were asked to analyze a case study
Relatively easy and quick process. There are a couple of interviews so you get exposure to a variety of leaders and employees and can hear multiple perspectives on the role. There is a case study in the process that gives you a taste of the actual work the employees do daily.
