The interview process was interesting to say the least. It’s one of those interviews where they pick people from different departments with different ranges of experience to interview you. The first interview was a typical phone interview just asking about knowledge of the company and the role I was applying for. The interview went well but one of the interviewers was not as well versed in facts about the company as she should’ve been so it made it a little more difficult to take the interview process seriously after that(she didn’t know when the company started :/). The other interviewer was fantastic though and I moved on to the next round.
The next part was a case study and essentially involved a case that showed what GLG did day to day. It wasn’t difficult but there was a 1 hour time limit. The case study automatically qualifies for the next round which involves a review of the case and 2 other behavioral interviews
The girl who did the case review for me was not personable and actually quite condescending. Her attitude mirrored that of the first phone interviewer. I’m sure she might’ve been nervous but she gave off a bad impression of the company and with the reviews they have on here that’s not something you should be doing. The next interviewer was 100x better and it felt more like a conversation. She seemed to know the ins and outs of the company and really was informative about the pros and cons of the role. She seemed to slightly be over the bull that the job entailed though. The last interviewer was excellent also and made the interview conversational. The questions they asked were just simple behavioral ones. The type where they really don’t take notes on what you say because if you’ve worked and haven’t done half the things they asked you about then your resume is probably a sham.
Overall the interview process was quick and more efficient than a lot of companies. I think it’s important to point out that it’s a young company and everyone there kept pointing out the median age was 25 for employees. Somehow they made it seem like that was a plus but like can people with less than 10 yrs of work experience really provide any significant value to your career development? Probably not. I’ll also just say the interviewers were qwhite similar and I’ll just leave it there.

They moved me pretty fast in the interview process I thought I did very well they were impressed by my case study and unfortunately I did not make the final round. The first round was a phone call recruiter screen then they gave me a case study to complete, and then they set up a case study review interview
Pretty straightforward, started with a Wii k recruiter screening call, then had a take-home case study, a review session for the case study, and then 2 behavioral interview for final round

First, the recruiter emailed me asking for my available time slots for the interview. I went into the link they sent me and picked ten upcoming time slots. Then—nothing. A whole week went by with no reply. So just to give it another shot, I selected five more slots. Eventually, the interviewer picked the very last one I offered—the 15th slot. That was already weird, because I had given ten options upfront. If none of those worked, they could’ve just let me know and asked me to pick again. But no—they just vanished for a full week without a word.
Then came the actual interview day. The interviewer was a complete no-show. Didn’t join at all. I even sent a follow-up email, but got zero response. Just ghosted. That’s incredibly unprofessional. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend anyone interview at this company
