Standard - coffee with team and 4 back to back interviews. Included a Case study, time to ask questions to the team, asked for specific examples from previous work experience, standard behavioral questions, etc.
4 interviews dont un appel, un case study, competences et final round d'environ une heure. Autre que ça, les interviews étaient fair et bien conducted c'est vraiment une bonne entreprise

Entrevista
I applied online in October 2015. Initially had telephone interview. Then Interviewed with Dublin office in November 2015 for position as Recruiting Intern. Interviewed by three people in succession. Process was very positive; first and last interviews were more informal and the second interview was slightly more challenging. Candidates are expected to show an understanding of how GLG functions as a business as well as demonstrate an awareness of what day-to-day activity at GLG may look like.
