Three steps. Started with a phone interview with two different members of the team. Then had to perform a case study within three days and present it to a manager. Was then flown to office where I went out to breakfast and interviewed all day face to face - all behavioral.

1. Two 30 minutes phone interviews with current employees
2. Case Study & phone interview reviewing the case study.
3. On-site interview in Austin Texas (4 one on one interviews with upper level employees, and lunch with senior associates)
The questions will make you think, but one will do fine if they know their place in the company and the role. Even though I did not get an offer, I appreciated the fact that the interviewers seemed to really care and ask directed questions to make sure you are right fit for the job.

Entrevista
I was contacted by someone from HR shortly after I submitted my online application. After that, she scheduled two 30min interviews back to back for a few days later. Both interviews were with very friendly associates that spoke highly of GLG. After those interviews, I heard later that day that I had made it to the next round, the case study.
