I scheduled a phone interview with someone who reached out to me first. Once the scheduled time came and went, I received an email saying that I was supposed to call them first. I've never heard of calling a place for an interview and wasn't instructed by them to do so. I reached out and left my phone number and they did not ever call or reach out to me again. I'm glad that I've dodged a bullet, because this was very unprofessional and I felt like they wanted me to chase them down just for a phone interview. Horrible!
