Entrevista
The interview process comprised 3 rounds - i) interview with hiring manager, ii) technical round (interview + assignment), iii) interview with director/ CEO. In my case, the same person (Research Head) took the first two rounds.

Pregunta 1
First round was focused around academic and professional experiences and candidate's understanding of the work that GIST does and how the candidate could value add to the organization. Technical round questions:
1) Types of capital (Explain using the example of any one industry)
2) Types of quantitative research techniques and some questions related to basic differences between different measures. How are indices calculated?
3) Difference between inflation and discount rates? Significance of high/ low disc rates
4) What would be an ideal proxy for wage rate if one had to understand changes in wage but didn't have historical data
5) Mention any 3 sustainability reporting standards. What do you know about them?
6) How can the pandemic be expected to influence implementation of SDGs? What would be the effect on SDG17?
7) Suggest one innovative idea or product that GIST should take up in the future and how would you pitch it to the management?
8) Asked the "Missing Dollar" riddle by changing the amounts.
First was a qualifier round in which they have give 1 technical and 1 aptitude questions 2nd round was a technical round testing knowledge on projects and resume And last was an online he round where they were taking about the company and their goals.

Entrevista
I had to go through 3 rounds. The first one was a generic tell me about yourself kind of a survey. The second one focusing on basic economic principles, experience with data analysis and a little bit of evaluation techniques and case studies based on everything available on their website. Then a case study assignment was given the same day to be submitted in 24 hours. The third interview was with their CEO which checked your inclination towards the organisation and your background and why you want to work with GIST. They took a lot of time between rounds and the whole process lasted for 3 months.
