Received invitation to online tests(Predictive Index) and Video interview around 1 week after application. Received invitation to assessment center 1 month after online test. AC was quite intense with group and individual exercises that lasted the whole day(unsuccessful candidates were informed to leave early). Got back the result in 5 days and was invited to the final round which consisted of general Behavioural questions and slightly technical questions that centered on my resume. It will be different for different departments.
