First I received a call from HR saying they found me on Monster and looked like a good candidate. They scheduled a phone interview with me. That went well. I waited about a week to hear if they wanted to bring me in for an interview. When they did, I was asked to complete PPA+ employee assessment and application. I went in for the interview which they were late for. I interviewed with 4 people at once. It was going fine when we were interrupted by someone asking about a call they were scheduled for at 11:40. My interview was at 11:00 and was to last 45 minutes. Furthermore, they were about 10 minutes late for the interview. Why would you schedule something in the middle of an interview? Two people left. About five minutes later they returned saying that mission was aborted. At that point they had started asking me about how I would interact with very specific personality types. It got weird. I noticed that one guy was going through some papers which turned out to be my assessment results. It was just plain weird and uncomfortable. Sometimes you just get a feeling that it was not a good interview and this, was one of those interviews.
