Was contacted about job through Washington County Career Center. Made few negotiations through school. Was contacted by company's HR for phone interview after I said I was interested. Was asked to come in for formal interview. They called me back the next week for another interview. Went in for another formal interview and was offered the job after salary was negotiated.
