After a brief phone chat with the hiring manager was called for a whole day interview on site. Talked to 3 engineers (one in Canada over phone). The interviews were mostly technical, and went OK. Then the hiring manager came in and looked uninterested and sleepy. It was insulting when your interviewer yawns at your face. It became clear they had decided against me (most likely because they had decided to offer someone else). Could have had the decency to cancel the interview and save me several hours of my time.
