The recruiter scheduled a Webex call, but he didn't join the call. After 10 minutes of waiting, I emailed him to inquire about that and to provide updated availability. ~15 minutes had passed when I received his response. He was experiencing technical issues and asked if I was available. When I responded that I had a call shortly afterwards and had future availability, he did not respond.
